Lexi Nawrocki is an eXp Commercial real estate broker and aspiring CCIM designee who brings a unique background in social work and sales to commercial real estate. Fully fluent in Spanish and English, her bicultural perspective allows her to connect deeply with diverse clients and communities. She provides a personalized, process-driven approach for clients buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties, acting as an attentive partner committed to her clients’ long-term goals.
There are plenty of commercial brokers to choose from – so why work with me? As one client put it, “Lexi was helpful, reliable, and always quick to respond whenever we had questions.” My focus is on making the commercial real estate process as simple and painless as possible. I have processes in place that keep every deal organized, keep us on track, and drive toward a positive outcome. When complications arise, we evaluate creative solutions and find the best path forward for you – even if that means the deal doesn’t go through. You are my focus from beginning to end. The only thing that matters is your best interest. That is who I am.›
Commercial real estate is not my first profession; it’s not even my second. The experience I gained as a social worker and a sales professional has helped me understand people, processes, and negotiation — and it shows in how we work together. From understanding you and your goals, to crafting a detailed plan to help you achieve them, whether buying, selling, or leasing, I dive in with both feet to complete the task and get us over the finish line. My passion for education has also taken me on a journey toward the CCIM designation, a commercial real estate certification built on rigorous education and experience requirements. I’m proud to be an aspiring designee of the CCIM Institute, working toward the pin I’m set to receive by 2027 — a representation of the hard work and study I continue to give this profession.
If you are taking the next step to begin your commercial real estate transaction, you have likely already thought your goals through and know what you would like to achieve. You know what success looks like. Now it’s time to interview commercial brokers and determine who’s the best fit. Are you looking for a large, established brokerage firm that handles multiple millions in transactions? If so, great — I am probably not the right fit for you. But if you are looking for a partner who will not only guide you through the process but join forces with you to identify the best solution, let’s talk. I’m happy to assess the situation and see if we’re a fit.
